As huge of a Franchise Fan that I am, I'm pretty disappointed with a couple of factors in which I've noticed during Shane's match with AJ Styles.
1.I really think he needs to hit the gym like never before. I couldn't see anymore muscle tone on his arms.
2.I think he's gotta lose any access fat if he has any, because if he wants to really prove that he's still got it, then he needs to regain his old ring image that he once had.

True, but with age means he's gotta work harder to stay in shape.. Example Ric Flair...
But he's come off of a serious drug problem and when you withdraw from something which probably stims your appetite to a degree, you either don't eat a lot or you eat too much. He also did go back to school teaching for a while so he's not in 100% condidtion. He's probably doing the George Steele addage, teach all year and wrestle in the summer until another big deal comes up. Shane can no doubt make money, and draw still.. So it wouldn't be a problem..
I had a feeling his matches would be short because of his ring rust and conditioning. His match with AJ was nice to see but in terms of in ring working had more to be desired, so I agree there.. However this was more psych based than in ring work. Shane put AJ over on psych and not on boom boom boom style of wrestling.
His match with Daniels was a little longer and again was psych based.. Shane has always been about the psych game. He's reminded us about what wrestling is missing and needs to keep in mind and actually do.
