Shane Douglas steps out onto the ramp way with a microphone in hand as "Hitman" plays on the PA. Angelina Love watches on for a moment in shock until she sees it's clearly not Bret Hart. He's dressed in a black wig with black shades and his Franchise shirt with yellow track pants. She raises an eye brow and slightly giggles.
King: It's Bret Hart JR!
Jim Ross: That's not Bret you idiot.. That's The Franchise Shane Douglas! What a despicable display here tonight.
Shane looks out at the crowd.
Shane Douglas: Expecting someone else? Hahaha!! Cut that lame ass music!
Douglas takes the wig and glasses off. He tosses them into the nearest row of fans as they boo him. He looks into the ring for a moment and sees Angelina with Josh.
Shane Douglas: Is it just me or did I smell something fishy in the back tonight?!
Fans "ohhh" as Angelina tries to interpret what's being said for a moment. Shane looks around the building for a moment as he reads the fans reaction before beginning again.
Shane Douglas: Now I didn't come out here to start another war of the roses seeing how you and Velvet Sky are barking up quite a big tree with the Hart Foundation.. However I tend to agree with you on somethings.. See this company has resorted to lower standards in terms of it's champions. You take a look at Buff Bagwell, Gary Williams, and Batista.. Neither one of those three have any clue what it's like to be great. None of them know what it's like to rise above and do it again and again in wrestling as in life, stamina is something that's important..
Shane looks slyly into the crowd with an eye brow raised and speaks.
Shane Douglas: And none of them could compare to The Franchise! But all joking aside with the Kings of Controversy running the show right now, it's not hard to see where the power lies at the moment. See we control the landscape of WWE Franchise right now. We've got the two most important championship under our care. The World Championship and the Intercontinental Championship but that's nothing new seeing how at one time we had all three world championships at one time.. But that's all in the past, what matters is now and now I want to address you Angelina Love..
Angelina looks slightly surprised and has the look on her face that everyone likes to discuss her as Shane continues.
Shane Douglas: If I heard you correctly, you said the Velvet and yourself are looking to gain respect and to prove your worth around here.. It seems to me that you'd need a little backing.. A little tactical support if you will. On behalf of the Kings of Controversy I want to extend the courtesy of a partnership. See you all know what it's like to create controversy yourselves and it would make sense for the Kings and Queens to come together in order to make this place really turn upside down.. What do think about that?
