~The time is 5:00 AM. All the house is dark, quiet, and calm. In the main bedroom there are two full size beds draped in red, white, and gray comforters with gray sheets and pillows cases. In one bed sleeps a man and a women a female mahogany colored Pitt bull. In the other sleeps two small children and a black boston terrier. Over on the nightstand next too the man and woman an alarm begins to make noise. The man reaches over and slaps the alarm clock on the nightstand. The heaviness of his hand knocks the clock and his cell phone off the table and down to the carpeted floor below. The man tussles himself up from the pillow that he was previously face down in. He groggily looks around the room for a moment to see where the dogs and kids are then looks back to his wife before slithering out of the bed. As soon as his feet hit the floor he cuts through the master bathroom and out through the utility room which leads him to the kitchen. He turns on the k cup maker and it begins to purr like kitten needing food.~
Man: Oh f**k… God I didn’t sleep enough.. Must have coffee..
~He drops his breakfast blend pod into the top of the machine as the indicator light says it’s ready to brew. He grabs a large heavy white mug with a blue Skyline chili logo on it. He gets the spoon from next to the machine and then reaches into the over head cabinet. Pulls down a container of sugar and makes a level scoop before placing it into the cup. Upon sitting the spoon down he reaches back into the overhead cabinet and gets out the dry creamer container. Pops the top and pours some creamer into the cup. He puts the creamer and sugar back into the cabinet. Slides his cup onto the tray. Snaps the machine closed and chooses the large cup setting. The machine begins the pur again and rattle as it syphons the water to the warming component before dispensing it through the intake and then through the pod to the cup. This brings a smile to his face.~
Man: Fresh brew.. Can’t beat that..
~He stirs his drink once it’s finished brewing. Disguards the spoon into the sink and shuffles his feet through the kitchen to the living room where he places the cup on a small black end table next to his recliner. He then turns on his 60 inch 2009 Samsung flat screen tv and grabs his XBox One controller and powers on his console. After a few moments he scrolls through his menu to find his video app section and pulls up Spectrum cable. From here he places it on to the local news.~
Reporter: Two men shot downtown last night for not wearing a mask in a local establishment. Apparently the couple was shot following an argument between the two men and another patron who didn’t approve of the fellows not wearing their mask. Allegedly the shooter went to his car and came back inside with a nine millimeter and fired. Both men shot are in a local hospital with non life threading injuries and no one else was hurt. The shooter however was later found using credit card records and surveillance footage from inside the restaurant. No word on charges at the moment as the shooter sits in the local jail..
Man: f**king people these days.. What happened to a good ol fashioned fist fight?
~He walks into the restroom on the other end of the house. Flips on the light switch to see himself in the mirror. Pale skin, veins showing through his chest and arm from the years of hard work. Signs of scaring under his arm pits from multiple surgeries at birth to save his life. He scratches the hairy patch on his chest and stretches. His blue boxer briefs give him a slight wedgie and he stretches.~
Man: Balls..
~He tugs the shorts down before reaching for an old t shirt and shorts placed on the back of the toilet. He gets dressed and then stairs at the kids toys in the bathtub. A smile comes across his face as he shuts the lights off and drags himself back to the living room and into his dark green recliner. He pulls the white blanket over top of himself and begins to drink his coffee.~
Reporter: And in other news former professional wrestler and business mougel Trevor D. Sanderson was spotted this week working at a local grocery store. The thirty six year old former multi time wrestling champion had taken a rough patch in his careers. Some fans may have remembered his matches in the Chaotic Wrestling Alliance, Pro Wrestling Honor, RoughKut Wrestling, and various independent promotions through out the country from 2004 until 2009. His business, TDS Corporation which had deals in real estate and stock trading had fallen on a slump. Unfortunately the business couldn’t survive. From 2008 until 2015 Trevor lost it all..
~His eyebrows perk up and he looks disappointed that this story made the morning news. He returns the cup to the table and uncovers himself from the blanket. He leans forward in his chair and begins to rub the top of legs furiously. A bit of anger and intensity comes across his face.~
Man: God d**n reporter.. Told me this would only make the website.. Not the f**king television..
~An image of Trevor pops up on the screen. He wearing a blue cap and matching blue apron with the Kroger logo on them. He got plastic gloves on his hands as he presenting a side of salmon for the photo opportunity.~
Reporter: The Shelby transplant came to us all the way from a small town near Cincinnati Ohio. He was adopted by his grandparents at a young age from his mother and was a relatively quiet kid. Life long wrestling fan, attending events in his hometown for years before jumping into the sport at the armature level. In his first year in Junior High School, he set a single season record for the best win loss percentage at 14-2. 10 of those wins by pinfall. Later on in his high school career Trevor compiled a win loss ratio of 61-35 in 4 years. Never got outside of the district tournament, then set his sights on college and then professional wrestling. Trevor earned a degree on education and taught for 12 years while moonlighting as a professional wrestler and business man. Life was fast and furious for Sanderson..
~The man takes a deep breath and exhales as he takes drink of his coffee. He then begins to rub the top of his head as the reporter goes to continue on. The man continues to feel a rollercoaster of emotions as this reporter begins to summarize his life story for the whole area to hear.~
Man: Please don’t dig into any of the other stuff.. Just stick to this..
Reporter: At the age of 26 Sanderson was just a business man as he lost his father to a heart attack. He had to fly back to Cincinnati to deal with the loss. Trevor’s father was his closest confidant and main motivation for him “to tackle the world” as he put it. By the age of 31 he became a father to a son. It here where his first relationship went south and he ended up losing the business and his family. The excessive parties and drinking and spending that would almost rival professional wrestling legend Ric Flair.. Ended Sanderson up with child support payments and needing to find another means of income..
~He looks down to the floor. Head hung.. Several tears begin to roll down his cheeks. The feeling of heavy loss and being lost comes flooding back as the memories of this time frame are brought back to life in his mind. Then he looks up and over to the left on the wall next to his chair and sees the photo of all three of his children and the photo from his second wedding. He has this long lost look upon his face as he begins to brush the tears away.~
