WWF Championship!
Triple H (c) vs. The Rock
Steph was in the corner of her husband, while Vince was in the corner of The Rock. There was a no DQ, no count out clause in this match. There had to be a winner, and that's what happened. This match was a real classic with several near falls, time after time. Rock tried for a risky move on HHH, and paid for it, as HHH regained the defense. HHH was about to pedigree his challenger, until BAM! Hunter was nailed in the back with a steel chair shot by "The Franchise" Shane Douglas who came out of nowhere to interject himself in the title match. Making his official WWF debut at Wrestlemania, Shane Douglas had made an impact on the WWF Champion, as HHH went down. Despite the intervention from Douglas, Triple H tried to shake it off, but to no avail, as The Rock floored Triple H with the Rock Bottom, and then, the People's Elbow. The Rock then covered Triple H for the pinfall.
The referee counted.......
1........2...........3!
Winner:and NEW WWF Champion, The Rock!
While The Rock celebrated his title victory, Shane Douglas left back into the crowd with a smirk on his face, while Triple H was helped back to the locker room, as he was forced to leave Wrestlemania 16 without the WWF Championship, as well as his pride.

From the Wrestling Observer!
-Well, it looks like all the waiting is now over, as The Radicalz, Shane Douglas, & Bobby Heenan have all arrived in the WWF. Last night, the best was saved for last, as Shane Douglas finally made his WWF debut at Wrestlemania 16 by screwing Triple H out of the WWF Title. The Rock is now the brand new WWF Champion after defeating Triple H, last night at Wrestlemania. But, expect Triple H to excercise his rematch clause at the next PPV, Backlash. Vince McMahon was very pleased with how Wrestlemania 16 went. But, he doesn't want to rush the impending feud between Shane Douglas and Triple H. The main event for Backlash is expected to be a Wrestlemania rematch for the WWF Championship between The Rock vs. Triple H.
-Shane McMahon has thrown in an idea to turn The Radicalz heel in the near future, as it seems that over the next few weeks and months, DX is set to desintigrate into history. Speaking of stables, Shane Douglas recently pitched another idea to Vince McMahon to turn Edge & Christian heel, and allign them with The Franchise to reform The Triple Threat in the WWF. That may be one of the reasons as to why Edge & Christian won the WWF Tag Team Titles from the New Age Outlaws at Wrestlemania. The Outlaws are also expected to get a rematch at Backlash for their titles, as well.
Stay tuned for more updates as we go along.

WWF RAW is WAR
The opening segment began with the new WWF Champion, The Rock coming out to address his millions, and millions of his fans after his huge victory over Triple H, last night at Wrestlemania 16. The Rock enters the ring, and grabs the mic.
Rock:Finally, The Rock has come back to San Diego! Last night, after everything The Rock went through, he is now once again for the 4th time in his career, the WWF Champion. Last night, The Rock did what he said he'd do by laying the smacketh down on HHH's candy ass to become the new WWF Champion. Now, The Rock says to everyone in the back, that whoever wants to try and take the gold away from The Great One, Just Bring It!
"My Time" hits, and an angry Triple H & Stephanie come out onto the stage, and the now former WWF Champion has a mic of his own.
HHH:Rock, I wanna make one thing perfectly clear to you. You may be the new WWF Champion, and I know the record books now say that you beat me, last night at Wrestlemania. But, you and I both know that you did NOT beat The Game on your own. The truth is, Rock, you had some help from an outsider. You had help from someone who isn't even on this roster. You had help from some no good wrestling reject from WCW as well as ECW.
*crowd erupts into an ECW chant*
HHH:SHUT THE HELL UP!
*crowd boos*
HHH:Rock, the reason why you have my title, and the reason why you are the WWF Champion for right now, Rock, is because you had help from someone. Someone whom I know from a few years back here in the WWF. Yeah, Rock. I know who helped you beat me for the WWF Title, last night at Wrestlemania, and that man, Rock, just happens to be......*gets cut off*
Rock:IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO HE IS!
*crowd cheers*
Rock:The bottom line is, HHH, that regardless of who it was that came into our match from out of nowhere and jacked your spine with that steel chair, the fact still remains that The Rock still stands here as the brand new WWF Champion.
HHH:Yeah, for right now, Rock. Let me tell you like it is, Champ. You may be the champ for now. But, at the next pay per view, when we meet again in a rematch for the WWF Title, I will take back what is mine, and YOU will feel my Backlash! Rock, at Backlash you and I will have the rematch from Wrestlemania, and the title will be on the line. I'll see you there, champ.
Rock:HHH, The Rock says, at Backlash, JUST BRING IT! If you smell what The Rock is cooking.
*segment ends as we go to a commercial break*
When we come back, we see The Rock returning backstage to accept the congradulations from Vince & Shane McMahon.
They shake hands with the new WWF Champion.
Vince:You really did great at Wrestlemania, Rock. Very good. But, like HHH said, he does have a rematch clause in the contract, so apparently he will meet you at our next pay per view called, Backlash for the WWF Championship. But, I know you can take him down at Backlash, just like you did at Wrestlemania.
Rock:The Rock says, you ain't kidding, Vince.
Shane:Yeah, but you know what, guys? While HHH continues to wallow in the muck of his own anguish, I gotta tell you guys something. You that guy that appeared from out of nowhere, last night, and screwed HHH out of the WWF Title? Well, HHH was dead wrong about one thing. He said that he wasn't on the WWF roster, and that he didn't work here. Well, HHH was dead wrong, because I managed to sign him, just a couple of months ago while Vince and I were on hiatus.
Vince:You did?
Shane:Yep.
Vince laughs:Oh man, wait until HHH hears that. He will go through the roof.
Shane:Yeah.
Rock:Good. Well, I'll see you guys later.
*meanwhile*
DX is in their VIP room, and HHH is still furious over losing the title at Wrestlemania. The New Age Outlaws told HHH that they too will excercise their rematch clause against Edge & Christian for Backlash. However, Tori came into the room, and told HHH about what Shane McMahon confessed to The Rock & The McMahons. The fact that Shane McMahon told Rock & Vince that the guy that HHH mentioned out there is indeed on the WWF Roster. This caused HHH to freak out. HHH then told DX that they were now on a search and destroy mission, and the target is you know who.
Various segments show DX on the lookout as they search the arena, high & low for last night's perpatrator.
The brand new WWF Tag Team Champions, Edge & Christian came out to the ring for an interview. The new champions said that they were very fortunate to become the new WWF Tag Team Champions at Wrestlemania. They said that they're more than ready to take on the New Age Outlaws at Backlash in a rematch for the gold.
Quick Match Results!
Chris Benoit def. Tazz to retain the Intercontinental Title Chris Jericho def. Eddie Guerrero to retain the European Title Hardcore Holly def. Crash Holly New Age Outlaws def. Test & Albert Big Show def. Perry Saturn Kane def. Big Bossman Triple H def. Steve Blackman
After the match, Triple H called The Rock out to the ring. The Rock was more than happy to answer the call, as the new WWF Champion hit the ring and got into a big fist fight with his challenger for Backlash. However, it was revealed to be a trap, as all the members of DX came down to the ring and jumped the champion from behind. But, little did DX know, they abandoned their posts. Edge & Christian hit the ring to help The Rock, as he was being beaten down by DX. But, the numbers game was too much also for the new WWF Tag Team Champions, as well. But, help was on the way, as the man who cost HHH the WWF Title, "The Franchise" Shane Douglas once again made his second appearence in 24 hours, as he made his first appearence on RAW. Shane Douglas hit the ring weilding a steel chair, as he proceeded to wipe out all 4 members of D-Generation X. As DX then retreated, Shane Douglas then looked at Edge & Christian, and then looked at The Rock, before grabbing the mic from Lillian Garcia.
Shane Douglas:Hey Hunter, tell me something. Tell me, how did it feel last night when you got your ass FRANCHISED! Hahahahaha.
As The Franchise then dropped the mic, "Perfect Strangers" by Deep Purple hits the house speakers, and the big staredown between the two parties took place, as RAW then went off the air.

WWF SmackDown!
Michael Cole & Bobby Heenan welcome everyone to the show, as the DX Express bus arrives at the arena, all 6 members of DX make their way into the arena. The Rock is already in the building, and the new WWF Champion is ready for anything. But, the real question is, could Shane Douglas also be in the building, as well?
Edge & Christian defeat Too Cool to retain the WWF Tag Team Titles.
Backstage, Vince & Shane are in the McMahon office, discussing some important things. The McMahons agree to book a huge main event, next week for RAW. The Rock will defend the WWF Championship against The Big Show on RAW. Vince says that Rock's match on RAW should keep the champ on his toes. HHH found out about this, and he wasn't too happy.
Hardcore Holly defeated Tazz to win the Hardcore Title after X-Pac interveined and floored Tazz with the X-Factor.
In the wake of that incident, Vince McMahon booked another match for Backlash. It will be a grudge match when Tazz takes on X-Pac, one on one.
The Hardy Boyz defeated Test & Albert
Backstage, Triple H & Stephanie burst into the McMahon office, objecting to the fact that The Rock was booked to defend the WWF Title against the Big Show on RAW. Also, HHH wanted to know if Shane Douglas was in the building. Vince reminded HHH exactly who is the chairman of the board, and that's Vince. He books a six man tag match for tonight where HHH's DX cohorts, X-Pac & New Age Outlaws will face the WWF Champion, The Rock & The APA in the main event. HHH told Vince that before tonight was over, he will throw a curveball at Vince and his champion.
Big Show defeated Kane
The Dudley Boyz defeated Chris Benoit & Eddie Guerrero
Chris Jericho defeated D-Lo Brown to retain the European Title
Chyna defeated Tori
Main Event
The Rock & APA vs. DX
Before the match began, Stephanie came out and told everyone that weaved her McMahon Magic to asign a special guest referee. That ref turned out to be the former WWF Champion, Triple H. Throughout the whole match, The Rock's team seemed to have no chance in hell of surviving, let alone winning. So, with the WWF Champion's back seemingly up against the wall, The Rock then decided to throw the rulebook, as well as the match out the window by grabbing a steel chair, and wipping out all 4 members of DX, and running them away from the ring. DX stared down The Rock & APA at ringside, while Triple H and his wife, Stephanie slowly backpeddled up the steel ramp to the exit. But, that proved to be a big mistake, as "The Franchise" Shane Douglas once again emerged from out of nowhere, and floored The Game, once again with a steel chair. Shane Douglas then looked down at the fallen HHH, and told him that "this was only the begining", and then, he walked back through the curtain before DX could chase him off, as SmackDown! went off the air.

WWF RAW is WAR
The opening segment began with WWF Champion, The Rock once again coming out to the ring to cut a promo. The Rock got on the mic and did a little hyping up of his title defense at the next WWF PPV, Backlash against Triple H. He then went on to hype his big title defense against The Big Show. Big Show came out, and told Rocky that after tonight, he might not make it to Backlash, because he's fixing to take the WWF Title away from The Rock. The Rock, however, promises that tonight, he will lay the smack down on Show's monkey ass, and retain the WWF Championship.
Edge & Christian def. The Hardy Boyz to retain the titles X-Pac def. Hardcore Holly in a non-title match
Backstage, HHH is getting ready to wrestle, tonight. He will face Val Venis, tonight on RAW. HHH says that he doesn't care who wins the title match, tonight. He's still gonna get his title back at Backlash, and he also says that if Shane Douglas tries to pull another stunt like he's been doing for the past week, he promises that The Franchise will get his, one way or another. He and Steph then get ready for the match.
Triple H def. Val Venis with the pedigree
Kurt Angle def. Perry Saturn
Eddie Guerreo def. Chris Jericho for the WWF European Title
After the match, D-Lo Brown hit the ring, and attacked the new champion from behind. He then made a statement by challenging Eddie to a title match at Backlash. The Radicalz hit the ring to run Brown off.
DX def. Tazz & The APA when X-Pac pinned Tazz.
Kane def. Bull Buchanan
The Rock (c) def. Big Show to retain the WWF Championship.
After the match, all 4 members of DX hit the ring, and jumped The Rock from behind, just like last week on RAW. Edge & Christian hit the ring to get a piece of the New Age Outlaws, while Tazz returned and hit the ring to get him some of X-Pac. Meanwhile, in the ring, Triple H had The Rock all to himself. But, the WWF Champion still showed some fight by fighting back. But, his first title defense against Show proved to be too much as alot had been taken out of the champion, as HHH floored Rock with the dreaded Pedigree. But, HHH once again let his guard down, as Shane Douglas once again appeared with a steel chair, and layed out HHH with it. However, just when The Franchise thought that he could have his way with The Game, Kurt Angle appeared out of nowhere, and floored Shane Douglas with the Olympic Slam. Angle decimated Douglas with his finishing move, and started stomping away at The Franchise before leaving the ring. Meanwhile, HHH recovered, and waited for Shane Douglas to get back up. As Douglas got back up to his feet, he would soon be floored, once again. This time, by the pedigree from HHH. As RAW went off the air, HHH & Stephanie stood alone in the ring, raising their arms in the air, signifying that they finally got the best of Shane Douglas.

D-Lo Brown def. The Godfather Edge & Christian def. The Dudley Boyz Tazz & The Hardyz def. DX when Tazz choked out X-Pac with the Tazzmission. Big Show def. Rikishi Hardcore Holly def. Perry Saturn Kane def. Gangrel Kurt Angle def. Dean Malenko
After the match, Angle cut a promo, saying that if he ever wanted to get championship gold around his waist again, he'd have to do business with DX. He told DX that if they're willing to do business with The Olympic Hero, he'll be happy to do business with DX. He then challenged Shane Douglas to a match at Backlash.
Viscera def. Chris Jericho with help from Stephanie. Steph booked this match after Jericho accidentally insulted her and Tori. After the match, Jericho insulted Stephanie, again. This time, it was blatant.
