WWF 2000 - The Game gets FRANCHISED!
The Backstory!
In late 1999, DX leader, Triple H shocked the world by marrying Stephanie McMahon behind Vince McMahon's back. At Armageddon '99, HHH destroyed WWF Owner, Vince McMahon in a street fight. But, what shocked the world, was that Stephanie McMahon betrayed her father to help HHH win the match. By betraying her family, she officially joined D-Generation X, and when the next night on RAW came, The Helmsleys poured more salt onto Vince McMahon's wounds by rubbing it in his face. A move which drove Vince & Shane out of the WWF, leaving DX to take over the company. Over the course of the next few weeks, HHH & Stephanie would make everyone's lives a living Hell. For example, once they had all they could take of the Rock & Sock Connection, they booked The Rock & Mankind in a Pink Slip on a Pole match. The Rock won that match, causing Mankind to get fired from the WWF, only to return a few week's later at the demand of the whole WWF Roster. On January 3rd, 2000, on RAW is WAR, Triple H regained the WWF Championship for the 3rd time, when he defeated The Big Show. After HHH became champion again, Mick Foley returned, and then transformed into Cactus Jack before challenging HHH to a Street Fight for the WWF Title at the Royal Rumble.

From the Wrestling Observer!
-In WCW, their seems the be chaos and confusion backstage after WCW Souled Out ended. Chris Benoit was thought to be the WCW World Champion. But, that was not fated to be, as Chris Benoit, along with his friends, Eddie Guerrero, Perry Saturn, Dean Malenko, and Shane Douglas had all asked for their releases after learning that Vince Russo & Ed Fararra had been removed from the creative team, and fired. Their replacements were Kevin Sullivan & JJ Dillon, and that didn't set too well with the party just mentioned. Also, in a rather shocking development, WCW Color Commentator, Bobby "The Brain" Heenan also asked for and got his release from the company along with The Radicalz & Shane Douglas. Apparently, The Brain also smelled a dirty rat, backstage, for whatever reason. A rumor has that Chris Benoit & company got into Heenan's ear and perhaps convincing him to go with them to the WWF. Bobby Heenan reportedly told them that he'll try to go with them to negotiate with Vince. Although, he might feel and seem out place with the current atmosphere in the WWF. Also, he might feel out of place in the WWF, being that his old, longtime friend, Gorilla Monsoon is no longer with us. As we all know, WWF Hall of Famer, Gorilla Monsoon passed away on October 18th, of last year. Shane Douglas told our reporters that he talked with Bobby about adaptation, and the fact that just because "Gino" is no longer with us, that doesn't mean that The Brain can't still go at it with the best of them.
We will get you more on this shocking development, as we go along.

WWF Royal Rumble 2000!
The announcers are Jim Ross & Jerry Lawler, as they welcome us to the show.
Kurt Angle vs. Tazz
Tazz was the special mystery opponent, as he took on an unprepared Kurt Angle in the opening bout. Kurt put up a really great effort against the newcomer from ECW. But, it was the infamous Tazzmission of Tazz that spelled DOOM for Angle in the end, giving Tazz the victory.
Winner:Tazz!
Tag Team Tables Match
The Hardy Boyz vs. The Dudley Boyz
This was a very fitting match for New York City, and the fans in attendance in MSG. Both tables and bodies were broken all over the place. But, in the end, it was The Dudley Boyz getting the win at the expense and destruction of The Hardyz.
Winners:The Dudley Boyz!
WWF Intercontinental Championship!
Chris Jericho (c) vs. Chyna
Jericho managed to defeat his female nemesis with the Lionsault, and after a seesaw battle for the gold. There was really nothing of note that happened here.
Winner:and STILL WWF Intercontiental Champion, Chris Jericho!
WWF Tag Team Championship!
New Age Outlaws (c) vs, The Acolytes
The champs retain here due to outside help from the apparent new "Enforcer" of DX, X-Pac.
Winners:and STILL WWF Tag Team Champions, The New Age Outlaws!
WWF Championship! - Street Fight
Triple H (c) vs. Cactus Jack
This was easily the match of the night, as both champion and challenger took each other to the Hardcore Limit. There was plenty of bloodshed from both men as they fought all over the building in an all-out WAR for the gold. But, it was The Game who managed to retain the title with the Pedigree.
Winner:and STILL WWF Champion, Triple H!
Royal Rumble match!
The Rock managed to go through all 29 men by last eliminating The Big Show to advance to the main event of Wrestlemania 16.
Winner:The Rock!

From the Wrestling Observer!
-It does appear that The Radicalz, Shane Douglas, & Bobby Heenan are indeed going to be WWF Bound, as all the people I just mentioned have met with Vince McMahon today for contract negotiations. From what I hear things are going alot more than smoothly. Everything is going quite well in the ongoing meeting with all the parties involved.
We'll get you more on this developing story as we go along.

WWF RAW is WAR
At the begining of the show, Triple H & Stephanie came down to the ring to cut a promo on last night's war with Cactus Jack. Hunter was still the WWF Champion. But, HHH's war wounds were so visible, it wasn't even funny.
HHH:Last night at the Royal Rumble in Madison Square Garden, The Game and Cactus Jack went through a brutal, bloody war for the WWF Title. Cactus, I gotta hand it to you, because you pushed me to the limit farther than I could ever be pushed in my life. But, the fact still remains that I beat your ass, big time in that Street Fight. The fact still remains that I am still the WWF Champion. The fact still remains that I am The Game, and that I am That d**n Good. Now, I must look forward to Wrestlemania 16, where will defend my title against the winner of the 2000 annual Royal Rumble match, and that man is The Rock. Rock, I must congradulate you on winning the Rumble, because now you have a REAL date with destiney with The Game at Wrestlemania.
Suddenly, HHH was cut off by...
WELLLLLLLLL, WELL, It's THE BIG SHOW!
Big Show came down to the ring with his own mic in hand and he didn't look too happy.
Big Show:HHH, I need to tell you something. I was screwed at the Royal Rumble. I had The Rock right where I wanted him, but he cheated by raking my eyes and blinding me to the point where he could dump me over that top rope. What I want is a match with The Rock at No Way Out with The Rock's title shot on the line. I'll do anything for you two, just give me that one shot.
HHH smirked:Ok, Show. You got your match at No Way Out, and you've got yourself a deal.
They shake hands, until The Rock's music hits, and the #1 contender for the WWF Championship at Wrestlemania comes out onto the stage with his own mic. The music fades as Rock begins to speak.
Rock:Triple H, Big Show, The Rock smells collusion with you two and that dirty, filthy slut you call a wife, HHH here tonight. But, Big Show, you can cry all you want. But, the fact remains that The Rock won the Royal Rumble. The Rock is the #1 contender for the WWF Title at Wrestlemania 16. The Rock will go on to Wrestlemania to lay the smack down on HHH's ROODY POO CANDY ASS, and take back MY WWF Championship.
HHH:Rock, that's it. No more fun and games. What we're gonna do is book a main event for tonight. A tag team match, where Big Show and myself will take on you and a partner of your choosing. Although, there's not too many choices for you since you took it upon yourself to call everyone a "Jabroni".
Rock:The Rock says, Show & HHH, JUST BRING IT! IF YOU SMEEEEEELLLLLLL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKING!

WWF RAW is WAR
The night began with a WWF Tag Team Title match with The New Age Outlaws from DX defending their titles against their challengers in the team of Al Snow & Steve Blackman. However, as the title match soon got underway, the Titantron lit up and the cameras went backstage to see a limosine pull into the garage. When the limo stopped, the door flew open, and the crowd erupted when Shane McMahon finally made his return to the WWF after joining his father on a hiatus. But, Shane was not alone. After Shane McMahon got out of the limo, he was soon followed by the debuting Radicalz, Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero, Perry Saturn, & Dean Malenko. The Radicalz then followed Shane McMahon out to the arena, much to the delight of the Pittsburgh crowd, and much to the shock of the Helmsleys.
"No Chance in Hell" hits, and Shane McMahon came out with mic in hand, as he had a huge announcement to make.
Shane McMahon:Ladies & Gentlemen, I interrupt this WWF Tag Team Title match to officially announce that the World Wrestling Federation has officially signed some free agents in the wrestling industry. Please, give a warm WWF welcome to The Radicalz. Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero, Perry Saturn, & Dean Malenko!
The Radicalz all come out onto the stage to the cheers of the fans of the WWF. HHH & Stephanie were totally irate in their VIP Room upon knowing that they now had a big problem to deal with. Triple H is scheduled to defend his title against Kane in tonight's main event.
Quick Results!
Tazz def. X-Pac with the Tazzmission. New Age Outlaws fought Snow & Blackman to a no contest Edge & Christian def. The Hardyz & The Dudleyz in a triple threat match Cactus Jack def. Mideon The Rock def. Kurt Angle Triple H vs. Kane for the WWF Title didn't happen because Kane was a no show. But, Cactus Jack showed up and struck a little deal with HHH when a challenge was accepted for a title rematch was made for No Way Out. This rematch for the WWF Title will be a Hell in a Cell match, where not only the WWF Title will be on the line, but also, Mick Foley's entire wrestling career will be at stake, as well. Shane McMahon also came out and sicked The Radicalz out on the WWF Champion, and they gave HHH a major beatdown as RAW went off the air.

From the Wrestling Observer!
-As seen on RAW, The Radicalz finally made their debut in the WWF. We understand that Shane Douglas will be in OVW for a little while. Shane is said to be taking things very well, and is said to be acting like a real pro in OVW, and said to be giving back to the wrestling business by helping out the younger guys in the locker room. We also know that some big plans are being made for SmackDown! for The Radicalz to make their wrestling debuts in the WWF. It seems that we're gonna have DX vs. The Radicalz in some form or fashion. Also, rumor has it that Bobby Heenan will return to the WWF in the announce position perhaps as soon as the next PPV, which will be No Way Out.
Stay tuned for more news as they come available.
